Details
We are hoping for a very laid-back day, with a short, relaxed ceremony and a garden party-style reception. Please feel free to join us for as much or as little of the day as you fancy!
Keep an eye on this page as we’ll be making updates as it gets closer to the big day!
A rough plan for the day:
8:30-9:30 - Breakfast for anyone staying at the farm
10:30 - Gather at Frome Town Hall
11:00-12:00 - We get married!
12:00-13:30 - Head to Radford Mill Farm for cocktails & photos
13:30-15:00 - Food
15:00-18:00 - Mingling, lawn games, cake & coffee
18:00-19:00 - Buffet dinner
19:00-21:00 - DVD horse racing!
21:00-late - Fire pits & hot chocolate
-
We recommend summery suits and wildflower colours! The reception will have a garden party feel - please note that we’ll be on grass so stiletto heels could cause trouble!
We’re hoping for a warm day but it’s worth bringing a warm layer for the evening.
-
We appreciate that weddings can be intense, so we’ve made sure that there’ll be plenty of time throughout the day for a quiet moment, cup of tea or costume change.
-
We can welcome guests who will be staying on the farm from Friday evening - please let us know if this is your plan! We can arrange dinner for the Friday evening at a cost of £10 per person if you need. We’ll provide Saturday morning breakfast if you’ve stayed on the farm.
Otherwise, meet us at Frome Town Hall at 10:30 on Saturday! Festivities will continue from there.
-
You’re welcome to stay as long or as little as you’d like! We’re also perfectly happy for people to drop in and out if you need a costume change, hotel check-in or just a moment to chill!
On Sunday we’ll arrange a breakfast for anyone who’s stayed at the farm, and we’ll be heading off by around midday. Please feel free to drop by for a final send-off if you’ve stayed off-site!
-
If you’d like to give us a gift, we would love contributions towards our honeymoon - more details to follow!
-
Gambling fake money on recordings of real horse races!
-
Yes please!
We ask that you don’t take photos or videos during the ceremony itself, but we encourage photography once we’re back at the farm!
We’ll have a professional photographer with us for most of the day as well.
